Our Mission and Vision
The Southern Highlands Bereavement care Service provides specialist Bereavement Care services that are inclusive, respectful and accessible for all members of the community, enhancing health, wellbeing and quality of life.
We aim to achieve this through:
- Specialised Individual and Family Counselling
- Community Education
- Consultation in critical incidents
- Provision of specialised bereavement resources
- Group support
The Management Committee and staff communicate effectively to promote a cohesive and professional team who are sensitive and committed to the ongoing well-being of bereaved individuals and families.
Our counsellors are client focussed, working with each individual according to their needs, providing confidential and compassionate care to all who access the service.
